Q. How does a Golf Gloves Club membership work? 

A. Our goal is to make the golf glove subscription as easy as possible. We will take you step by step from selecting what hand the glove is for, right or left, the type of glove you want Tour Feel or Tour Flex, your glove size, the frequency of your deliveries and the number of gloves per shipment. 

Q.  What will I receive in my golf gloves club subscription? 

A. You will receive a quality golf glove made of cabretta leather. Stay tuned for additional benefits and products in the future. 

Q. What are your golf gloves made of? 

A. Our gloves are made of premium cabretta leather. 

Q. What is your cancellation policy? 

A. You can cancel at any time and for any reason All cancellations will take effect with the following months’ shipment and billing. 

Q. How do I update my Shipping and Billing addresses? 

A. Your account profile will be created when you make your first purchase and you will be able to modify your personal information at any time by editing your profile 

Q. Are there any hidden fees? 

A. No, there are no hidden fees, the price is the price, and we pay for the shipping. 

Q. When will I be billed for my monthly subscription? 

A. You will be billed on the 5th business day of every month. 

Q.  When does my monthly subscription ship every month? 

A. Your gloves will ship on the closest business day to the15th of every month 

Q. Can I change my size and address? 

A. Yes, you can go to your profile to change your glove size and address  

Q. Is Golf Gloves Club available outside of the United States? 

A. As a new company, we are launching in the US only We do plan on expanding outside of the United States at a later date. 

Q. Will I be able to track my shipment every month? 

A. Yes, you will get a confirmation email with a tracking number. 

Q. Can I return my glove for any reason? 

A. Yes, you can return your glove if there is a defect or it doesn’t fit The glove cannot be used and then returned. 

Q. What forms of payment can I use for my glove club subscription? 

A. We accept all major credit cards 

Q. Do you charge for shipping? 

A. No, our subscription model is based on value and convenience We pay for the shipping (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).   

Q. How does your gift program work? 

A. The golf gloves subscription is the ultimate gift for your fellow golfers. Share quality, convenience and value to your friends and family members There are three months, six months and one year gift options. 

Q. Do I have to know the size and type of glove for a gift purchase? 

A. Yes, you have to know the glove size of the gift recipient but if it doesn’t fit we will replace the glove with the correct size. 

Q. How will the gift recipient be notified of their gift? 

A. You have the option to send a gift message email to the recipient or the purchaser and you can forward it to them when you want 

Q. Can I receive the first gift shipment and then have the gift recipient change the shipping address? 

A. Yes, you will be able to have it delivered to your address and then the recipient can make the necessary changes to their profile. 

Q. Can I add a gift message to my gift subscription? 

A. Yes, you will be able to include a customized gift message
